How long can I keep my rented items?

Our standard rental period is 4 or 8 days. If you require a longer duration for an extended trip or event, please contact our support team for a custom quote.

What happens if I accidentally damage a garment?

We understand that accidents happen. Standard wear and tear is covered, but significant damage or stains may incur a repair fee. We recommend adding our optional Damage Protection at checkout for peace of mind.

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?

No, professional cleaning is included in your rental price. Simply place the worn item back in the provided return bag, and we will handle the delicate laundering and sanitization process.

When should I book my rental for an event?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred style and size are available. You can reserve items up to 6 months ahead of your event date.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your rental start date will receive a full store credit. For returns, simply drop your package at any authorized shipping point by 12:00 PM on your scheduled return date.

How do I know if the item will fit me?

We provide detailed measurement guides and 'fit notes' for every garment. If you are between sizes, we recommend checking the fabric stretch details or contacting us for personalized sizing advice.
